Own Damage Claim

If your vehicle is insured with one of our Insurance Partners or you have an "Any Workshop" plan, we will be able to help you with the repair and submission of the claim. Just feel free to text or call us for advice and we will help you along!

Third Party Claim

As an industry practice, an insurer will not act on your behalf to file a third party claim. Therefore, you are encouraged to lodge a damage claim under your own policy. After you have been indemnified, your insurer will commence recovery against the other driver’s insurer if it can be proven that the driver is fully liable for the accident. 

At ARC, we understand that being involved in accidents is bad enough an experience especially when you are not liable for the accident. For such cases, we will lodge a claim against the other party's insurer for Direct Settlement - which is more effective and efficient

Private Settlement

You can choose to enter into a private repair settlement if there are no personal injuries and damages are minor. Both parties have to agree to settle this matter privately and have the repair works conducted at ARC. Just involve us for the discussion and we will try out best to help. We are just a text away
